We are pleased to announce our new Lionheart Support Ticket System.  As a valued Lionheart customer, you can receive support in the fastest way possible by submitting a ticket to the appropriate department. One of our support technicians will respond to your ticket as soon as possible and work with you to resolve your issue.

When submitting your ticket, please provide a full explanation of your problem (be sure to include your domain name) so the technician has all the info they need to assist you.  You will receive all responses through your email and can communicate to the technician by simply replying to the email you receive.

Please make use of the ticket system to help us resolve your support issues.  In the past we have provided free phone support, but the sheer volume of support requests has grown beyond Rich's capacity to provide it all.  We have added additional support staff and will continue to do so in order to keep the high quality of support you deserve and expect.

Therefore, effective immediately, all support requests must be handled through the ticket system and phone support will only to be used at the discretion of the technician.  They will not return your call simply because you request it.  You must fill out a ticket and provide the information we need to help you.  This is an important step that we must take in order to continue providing quality support to all of many Lionheart clients.
